It's Loon Nesting Season

Hopefully this year, Lake Clear residents will get to witness another loon chic! If you did not already know, loon nesting season has started. While the loons are nesting for approximately four weeks, they have to deal with hot temperatures, predators and rising water levels. Lake residents, enjoying the lake can help reduce the loon's stress levels by staying at least 100 feet away from a spotted nests.
